Received the Wrong Item

If we've sent you something you didn't order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible.

To get started:

1) Contact our customer care team immediately.  

2) Select “Replace Item or Parts”

3) Choose “Not what I ordered”

4) We'll organise the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Be sure to complete this process within 24 hours of the delivery date.
