A message to our customers – COVID 19
Providing a safe environment for our customers and teams will always be our number one priority. In the interests of team and customer safety, we have adopted some changes to our click and collect process.
Face masks In line with the latest Government and public health advice, face masks will be mandatory for team and customers in the Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Shellharbour regions.
What we're doing to help you shop safely
We continue to put in place additional safety measures to help look after our team members and customers:
- Increased cleaning for Click and Collect Counter.
- Providing team members with masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.
Physical distancing measures:
Here’s how we’re practising physical distancing in store:
- 1.5m floor markings at all checkouts for our customers
- Requesting that customers use ‘Tap and Pay’ options as the preferred method of payment
- Limiting customer numbers
We try to ensure physical distancing measures and do the best so we can to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. We thank you in advance for having patience as we adapt how we trade, serve customers and support our team.
We will continue to follow government advice in relation to our Click and Collect operations and will continue to make necessary changes to keep our team & customers as safe as possible. Will continue to keep everyone informed of the additional precautionary steps we are taking online updates, and we will keep this page relevant with the most up-to-date information that may affect our trading.
